Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the analysis and evaluation of a resin hardening reaction which can produce a frictional material with proper hardness even without repeating the trial of thermoforming and calculate the optimum value in the conditions of thermoforming easily and promptly. SOLUTION: A mold 1 for high temperature compression molding for aging a frictional material 2 containing a thermosetting resin is equipped with a dielectric constant sensor 30 for detecting the dielectric constant of the frictional material 2 during thermoforming, the elevation ratio of ionic viscosity after a viscosity minimum position on the ionic viscosity characteristic curve of a molding material is calculated on the basis of the detection signal of the sensor 30, and an operation process system 40 is provided which evaluates the progress of the resin hardening reaction by the thermoforming treatment.
