Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically correct a time difference caused by global movement from a point to another point. SOLUTION: In a video recorder 302, a GPS receiver 311 is built. Based on the position data calculated from the GPS receiver 311, time difference data is calculated with a time difference calculation means 313 by referring to a time difference table 314. Based on the time difference data and the absolute time data calculated by the GPS receiver 311, a corrected time is calculated to correct the time of the clock 306 with a time correction means. The time in the corrected clock 306 together with image information photographed by a photographing camera 303 are recorded in an image recording medium 321 by an image recording device 305.
