BLOWER IMPELLER FOR BOILER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fatigue strength so as to prevent deterioration in fatigue strength and plastic deformation and to suppress unstable vibration by reducing antiplane deformation in a blade due to a centrifugal load and suppressing stress working on an inner circumference installation part between a main plate and a side plate in the blade to yield stress or less. SOLUTION: A blower impeller is provided with a main plate 1 which is arranged on the outer circumference of each of main shafts so as to rotate with the main shaft, a plurality of blades 4 installed on the main plate 1, a plurality of side plates 2 installed in the blades 4, and guide rings 3 installed on the side plates 2. In the impeller, a lashing wire 5 passing through the plural blades 4 is arranged, and by means of the lashing wire 5, antiplane deformation in the blade 4 is reduced.
