Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a foamed product containing structural units originating from a hydroxycarboxylic acid component and structural units originating from a molecular weight-enhancing agent and/or a polymerization catalyst- inactivating agent, excellent in foamability, moldability, impact resistance, etc., and having biodegradability, and further to obtain a laminate. SOLUTION: A hydroxycarboxylic acid polyester containing (A) structural units originating from a hydroxycarboxylic acid, (B) structural units originating from a molecular weight-enhancing agent and/or (C) structural units originated from a polymerization catalyst-inactivating agent and having a weight-average mol.wt. of 20000-400000 is foamed. The polyester preferably further contains (D) structural units originating from a dicarboxylic acid and (E) structural units originating from a diol. The component A is preferably originating from lactic acid. The component C is preferably a chelating agent and/or an acidic phosphoric ester component. A laminate comprising a foam layer produced from the foam and a biodegradable non-foamed layer and excellent in transparency can be obtained. |
