Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thin an electric part element by providing a contact hole part to an insulating substrate so that the first and second conductors respectively formed to both surfaces of the substrate are directly connected. SOLUTION: An induction coil circuit 30 being a first conductor and a connection terminal 10 are formed on the surface of an insulating substrate 3 and a bridge circuit 60 being a second conductor containing the connection terminal 11 electrically connected to the connection terminal 10 is formed on the rear surface thereof. Subsequently, the chip of an ultrasonic vibrator is brought into contact with the region of the connection terminal 10 and a contact hole 3a is provided so as to exclude the insulating substrate 3 interposed between the connection terminals 10, 11. By this constitution, the connection terminal 10 extends to the inner peripheral surface of the contact hole 3a to form a protruding part downwardly and a contact part 50A wherein the connection terminals 10,11 are brought to a direct continuity state to be certainly connected is formed.
