PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength of a rotary shaft for bearing a dust-proof door. SOLUTION: A door 60 turnably arranged between an insertion inlet 23 and a step is constituted by an upper side door half 60a and a lower side door half 60b for opening and closing the insertion inlet 60. An upper side rotary shaft 27 protruding on the back face of a cover 20 is inserted through an upper half 68a of a shaft pore 68 provided at the center of the upper side door half 60a. A lower side rotary shaft 90 is protruded which can be inserted through the lower half 68b of the shaft pore 68 of the door half 60a at the center of the lower side door half 60b.
