Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a precise process control by storing actually needed man- hours as actual result data, correcting a reference process schedule according to the data, and generating a process schedule which considers the actual operation efficiency of an operator. SOLUTION: The process control system 100 is connected to an input device 151 and an output device 152 and can have an arbitrary number of computers 154 that can be used as terminal devices through a network 153. The actual result data by operators and operation content kinds are found by an actual result data control part 107 on the basis of process schedule data held in a process schedule data base 104. On the basis of the reference process schedule inputted by a user, operation content kind information on each process and its operator-in-charge information are extracted, actual result data regarding the operation kind of an extracted person in charge is retrieved, and the reference process schedule is corrected with the actual result data and displayed out.
