Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a gold alloy having a beautiful color tone even if being imparted with high strength and high hardness so as to prevent the deformation and flaws in the material in usual treatment and furthermore capable of reducing time deterioration. SOLUTION: Molten metal having a compsn. contg. at least one kind among rare elements by 1 to 12 atomic %, at least one kind among silicon (Si) and germanium (Ge) by 8 to 30 atomic %, and the balance gold (Au) with inevitable impurities is rapidly solidified, by which at least amorphous phases are contained in the material structure, and furthermore, the amorphous phases are stably formed, by which the high hardness gold alloy having high strength and high hardness, furthermore having a beautiful color tone and small in time deterioration as well can stably be obtd.
