Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of traffic accidents by operating a device by which a sound forcible alarm is automatically turned on/off by means of a time switch, a changeover contact switch, a magnetic tape, electric parts, and semiconductor. SOLUTION: During drive of an automobile from a start, an operation of a radio, a car stereo set, of a car navigation device on an interior monitor is interrupted by means of an automatic forcible sound alarming machine, and a sound alarm such as a traffic safety slogan is given to a driver and an occupant in a cabin. When the driver turns on a starting switch 2, a power source 9 for the alarm is turned on, and by means of a combination of a timer relay, electric parts, semiconductors, the first alarm is given. From the second alarm, the alarm is given every 50 minute, 60 minute, and the like according to a time adjustment, and the sound alarm such as traffic regulations and a slogan is repeatedly given to the driver intermittently several times.
