SOLUTION: In a cement kneaded matter, 0.1-5wt.% of retarder based on cement is added so as to retard coagulation. In this cement kneaded matter, 1-20wt.% of hardening accelerator based on cement having a calcium aluminate- calcium sulfoaluminate component as a main material is added in conformity with a time for coagulating and hardening so as to adapt coagulation and hardening to construction.
