PRESS WORKING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve material yield, working yield and productivity by adding coining to a feed bar or edge bar of a material to be worked of strip plate. SOLUTION: A positioning hole 2 is arranged to a material 1 to be worked of strip plate made of a metal of iron, copper, aluminum or its alloy, etc., next, coining 3 of similar plane shape to arrange an extended edge face 4 needed for product is executed near the extended edge face 4. Next, cutting 5 to form the external shape of product except center part is executed. Coining 6 is executed at the center part not subjecting to the cutting 5, a clearance part 7 is arranged to the part at which cutting 5 is done for extension in the horizontal direction due to vertical compression of the part. Successively, after both end parts are subjected to bending 8 to U shape, the part subjected to the coining 6 is subjected to cutting 9, a product 10 cut to piece is completed.
