A radial direction moving body 104 is supported by the axial direction moving body 103 so that the radial direction moving body 104 can approach and segregate itself from the ironing roll. A cleaning material 214 is mounted on the radial direction moving body 104 so that the cleaning material 214 can be pressed on the outer peripheral surface of the ironing roll at the time of the approach of the radial direction moving body 104.
