SORTING DEVICE OF BROKEN BAG AND CAN AND BOTTLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To invert a holding bag and also to tear up it halfway to surely discharge remaining cans and bottles by arranging a lot of scraping pins on the surfaces of two rotary cylinders installed in the front and the rear and providing both the rotary cylinders leaving a spacing at least equal to the length of the scraping pin. SOLUTION: A sorting device 1 is provided with a first rotary cylinder 2 and a second cylinder 3 arranged behind it leaving a space at least equal to the length of a scraping pin 5. On the first and second rotary cylinders 2, 3, scraping pins 4, 5 are arranged respectively. These pins 4, 5 are made to surely deliver broken bags with their tips being piled up in the opposite parts. When holding things such as cans and bottles and broken bags each are individually conveyed by a conveyor 7, after the broken bag is scraped up by the scraping pin 4, it is scraped up again by the scraping pin 5, and then it is removed by a scraper 6 and falls onto a broken bag receiving conveyor 9 and is recovered. On the other hand, cans and bottles fall into a receiving thing storage conveyor 8.
