CRUSHER FOR WASTES CONTAINING MATERIAL UNFIT TO BE CRUSHED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wastes from falling left as they are large crushed pieces to surely perform crushing separation by transferring wastes which have been crushed by a pair of upper crushing rollers and a lower crushing roller arranged thereunder to one side along a cover by the lower crushing roller and discharging them from a discharge port. SOLUTION: When making crushing treatment of wastes incorporating motors or the like unfit for crushing (material unfit for crushing), material to be treated W (particularly, a frame) is crushed by upper crushing rollers 3, 4, but material unfit to be crushed which is difficult to crush is passed between a crushing blade 10 and a feed blade 11 and between each crushing roller and the inner wall of a casing, and is transferred to the discharge port side by a lower crushing roller 5. At this time, by providing a cover 14 in the lower part, large crushed pieces are prevented from falling left as they are, and are crushed again by the lower crushing roller 5 and the upper crushing roller 4 and discharged from a discharge port in the lower part. An auxiliary crushing blade may be provided in a discharge area of the lower crushing roller 5, and also a screen may be provided in the lower part of the discharge area.
