Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover the absorption function of hydrogen absorbing alloy, when its absorption capacity decreased, to be able to use repeatedly by a method in which a thing in which bottomed cylinders filled with the alloy is installed in a pressurization-exhaust chamber, the chamber is placed in a receiving container, and the container is made possible to be heated and cooled. SOLUTION: Fluid 20 containing hydrogen enters a lower plenum 21 from an inlet nozzle 9, ascends around each cylinder 3 from passage hole 8, flows into an upper plenum 22 from an upper passage hole 8, and flows out from an outlet nozzle 10. Hydrogen in the fluid 20, during ascending around the cylinders 3 passes through the wall of the cylinders 3 by diffusion to enter the cylinders 3, and is absorbed by hydrogen absorbing alloy 2 which is packed in the cylinders 3. When the alloy 2 exceeds a capacity to absorb hydrogen and does not function as a removing apparatus, The temperature and pressure in the cylinders 3 and a pressurization-exhaust chamber 4 are adjusted to obtain the optimum release property condition of the alloy 2 by operating heating, cooling equipment 13, 14 and vacuum, exhaust equipment 15, 16.
