WATER RETURNING MEMBER FOR BATHTUB

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a term of works while reducing execution cost for mounting a bathtub by reducing the number of kinds of parts in a bathtub water returning member for preventing a bathtub fitting port provided in a bathtub mounting part from intrusion of water by mounting the peripheral edge and mounting part of the bathtub in the sealed condition, while ensuring the water sealing of the water returning member, facilitating a mounting operation and improving the operability. SOLUTION: A water returning member 1 for a bathtub is divided into the forms of straight line-like water returning pieces 3 opposed to each other. The straight line-like water returning pieces 3 are formed along the longitudinal direction with recessed grooves 3c directed upward, while an opening edge 6c of the bathtub fitting port 8 is formed with an engaging part 4 capable of being fitted engagedly on the opening edge 6c of the bathtub fitting port 8. A fixing member 5 is provided which penetrates together with the engaging part 4 the upper surface part 6a so that the respective water returning pieces 3 can be fixedly engaged to the bathtub mounting part 6.
