POLYPROPYLENE RESIN FOR SKI BOOTS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene resin for ski boots excellent in mechanical strength, flexibility at a low temperature, shock resistance, and scar resistance, having heat resistance and a high gloss, capable of being manufactured by injection molding with high productivity, and excellent in fashionability. SOLUTION: This polypropylene resin for ski boots is composed of (A) 10020wt.% of a resin made of a copolymer containing a propylene single polymer and/or another olefin olefin unit of 4wt.% or below and having (a) the pentad percentage rrrr/(1-mmmm)×100 of 15-60% of 4wt.% or below and having (a) the pentad percentage rrrr/(1-mmmm)×100 of 15-60% in the isotopic carbon unclear magnetic resonance spectrum ( C-NMR) and (b) the fused enthalpy (ΔH) of 10-100J/g measured by DSC and (B) 0-80wt.% of a propylene copolymer containing the olefin unit of 10-80wt.% other than propylene.
