Zusammenfassung: | Blocked aliphatic di-isocyanates or di-isocyanate adducts(I), obtained by reacting (A) aliphatic di-isocyanates (A1) of formula OCN-R-NCO (in which R = 4-12C alkylene, optionally with 1-3 methyl or ethyl groups or with a cyclohexane residue instead of 4 CH2 groups) and/or isocyanurate, biuret or urethane group- containing adducts thereof (A2) with (B) sec. amines with a b.pt. of 160 degrees C or above and with the formula (II), in which R , R = H, alkyl, cycloalkyl or aralkyl, or two R , two R or (R + R ) may form a ring (optionally substituted with 1-4 alkyl groups or containing O or NH instead of a CH2 group), in amounts corresponding to 0.5-1 mole amine (B) per mole NCO groups. Also claimed are heat-curable polyurethane (PU) coating powders with good storage stability, containing 100 pts. wt. poly:ol, 10-90 pts. wt. (I), 0-160 pts. wt. pigment, 0-200 pts. wt. fillers, 0-5 pts. wt. catalyst and 0.5-5 pts. wt. flow improver. |
