Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably cut a film even if a heater is brought into contact with the film while it is slightly shifted in position. SOLUTION: In a four-side-sealing-type continuously packaging apparatus including a heater 1 having an upper side la and both lateral sides 1b, 1b wherein an end is opened between both lateral sides 1b, 1b for bringing the opened part of the heater 1 to face bottom welded parts 5 of a pair of overlaid films 2, 2 to have the heater in contact with the films to heat-weld and seal the films by the heater, the heater 1 is formed with the upper side 1a longer than the opened part formed between the ends of both lateral sides 1b. Thus even if the opened part of the heater 1 is shifted from an appropriate position, it can be positioned within a range of the bottom welded part 5, so that sealing with four sides continuous can be reliably performed.
