Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the bending strength and reduce both the shrinkage factor and steps of an operation process by including a powder consisting essentially of a Portland cement and an admixture liquid consisting essentially of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and water therein. SOLUTION: This premix motor is obtained by blending a powder comprising 40.00-80.00wt.% Portland cement, 20.00-60.00wt.% silica sand and 0.50-5.00wt.% inorganic fiber with an admixture comprising 50.00-80.00wt.% ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 20.00-50.00wt.% water, 0.10-1.00wt.% methyl cellulose-based thickener, 0.10-1.50wt.% polyvinyl alcohol-based thickener and 1.00-10.00wt.% monoethylene glycol so as to provide (2.5:1) to (4:1) weight ratio.
