CATAMARAN TYPE RUBBISH COLLECTING VESSEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catamaran type rubbish collecting vessel guiding and recovering floating matters floating on the water surface between bodies during a cruise, separating guide door plates, and guiding and recovering the floating matters with a water jet pump. SOLUTION: This catamaran type rubbish collecting vessel is provided with guide door plates 8, 8 capable of being switched to the nonguidance attitude A1 and the floating matter guidance attitude A2 at a bow section and a hydraulic cylinder device 12 switching both guide door plates 8, 8 to the floating matter guidance attitude A2 and the nonguidance attitude A1. The hydraulic cylinder device 12 is driven to set the guide door plates 8, 8 to the nonguidance attitude A1 sharpened in the bow direction during a cruise, and a catamaran type hull 3 can be cruised with little resistance. When the hull 3 reaches an aimed position, the hydraulic cylinder device 12 is driven to set the guide door plates 8, 8 to the floating matter guidance attitude A2, a water jet pump 16 is driven to generate a stream between bodies 4, and floating matters 1 can be recovered.
