Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing developer water dispersion liquid which is used suitably for pressure sensitive copying paper excellent in coupling velocity, coupling density, and the uniformity of a color-developed image. SOLUTION: Liquefied components by adding an organic solvent into a color coupler composition containing multivalent metal salt of ring-substituted salicylic acid as a main components are introduced into a porous glass pipe part 7 in an emulsification tank 4 filled with water or water containing an emulsifier and made to pass through the thin film of the porous glass pipe 7 by pressurization to form emulsion particles.
