Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability and accuracy of positioning of a board of a liquid crystal panel, etc. SOLUTION: Supporting struts 8 for helpfully supporting a board 5 are arranged outside a board holding arm 4 and near the four corners of the board 5, and balls 9 are housed on the tips of the supporting struts 8. The supporting struts 8 and the board 5 are brought into roll-contact with one another through the balls 9, and compressed air is blown out from blow-off ports 10c provided on the tips of the supporting struts 8 through passages 8a provided inside the supporting struts 8.
