Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently adsorb protein, especially, protein in blood by reactively coating porous fine particles having a functional group with silicon fluoride having a fluoroalkyl group specific in the number of carbon atoms. SOLUTION: Porous fine particles having a functional group are reactively coated with silicon fluoride having a 3-12C fluoroalkyl group. Porous fine particles having a functional group are fine particles having a functional group, for example, a silanol group, a hydroxyl group or a carboxyl group and characterized by that pores communicate with each other within the particles at random and at least a part of them communicate with the outside of the particles. The specific surface area of these porous fine particles is usually 10m /g or more and siliica, alumina, zirconia and titania are designated. As silicon fluoride reactively coating those porous fine particles CF3 CF2 CF2 C(CF3 )2 (CH2 )3 Si(CH3 )2 cl is designated. |
