Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable information transmission of maximum reliability even in an inconvenient state when a passive transponder which operates by load modulation sends information to a base station. SOLUTION: Two branch paths 30 and 40 include band-pass filters 32 and 42 which demodulate different combinations of real-number components and imaginary-number components of a signal obtained from an antenna coil. A determination part 50 is coupled with the two branch paths 30 and 40 and supplies the transmitted information to the output part 19 of a device so as to generate the transmitted information from the combinations of two binary signals.
