Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the carrier system of platelike member having no hide zone at all by method wherein a circulation running way comprising going and returning ways of carrier conveyor of each strip is composed on a plane in λ shape in the carrier direction. SOLUTION: This carrier system 30 utilizes chain 2 guiding the running way by guide rails 15 as carrier conveyors 2 so that a platelike member such as a wiring substrate, etc., may be carried while being load supported on the loading part 34 of a pin 4 by the chains 3 running straight ahead in the going and returning ways in the guide rails 15. At this time, the guide rails themselves are composed in the carrier direction opening in λ shape. Through these procedures, respective end parts 12a may be avoided to become hide zones.
