Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor with which there is no gap between the metal foil of an internal electrode and a dielectric film and of which characteristic is stable. SOLUTION: In this capacitor, a laminated layer body is formed by laminating a metal foil that comprises internal electrodes 5a and 8a and tabs 5b and 8b at the circumference of it, and dielectric films 4, 6, 7 and 9 in multiple layers and at the central part of the lamination, a hole for the feed-through terminal is formed vertically to the surface of the internal electrode. In this case, hot melt, thermoplastic or thermosetting glue is applied to a side or both sides of the dielectric films 4, 6, 8 and 9, the dielectric film is laminated alternately with the internal electrode parts 5a and 5b of the metal foils into the multi- layers, and these are heated and pressed by a heat press into a unit to be the lamination body. |
