Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption of each heater used for increasing each temperature of a processing liquid tank and a drying part up to a prescribed temperature to the irreducible minimum under all kinds of conditions, without using a temperature sensor for measuring an ambient temperature. SOLUTION: A 1st heater 5 and a 2nd heater 8 are duty controlled with a prescribed time unit, and also, the duty ratio of the duty control is temporarily stored, and a temperature difference between the processing liquid temperature Tb and the drying part temperature T2 detected by a 2nd temperature sensor 7 is obtained, and when the processor is started again after the processor is shut down, the 1st heater and the 2nd heaters 5 and 8 are controlled by the stored duty ratio based on the duty ratio temporarily stored when the temperature difference is almost equal. |
