The base substrate 6 mounted with the optical parts is immersed on any of a photosetting soln. consisting essentially of (a) a compd. having an epoxy group, (b) a photosetting soln. consisting essentially of a photo acid generator or (c) an acrylic or methacrylic monomer and (d) a photo radical generator.
