SOLUTION: The relative positions of plural optical elements 2 mounted on a base substrate 6 on the base substrate 6 are first detected and stored in an optical scanning controller. The base substrate 6 mounted with the optical parts is immersed on any of a photosetting soln. consisting essentially of (a) a compd. having an epoxy group, (b) a photosetting soln. consisting essentially of a photo acid generator or (c) an acrylic or methacrylic monomer and (d) a photo radical generator. The base substrates thereafter irradiated with a laser beam 1 in accordance with the information on the detection of the relative positions, by which optical paths 4 connecting the optical elements 2 are formed by curing the photosetting soln. 3. |
