Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly balance a pressure difference even when the pressure difference is present between measuring points and make high-speed selections, by providing at least one pressure-releasing solenoid valve connected to a manifold, driving the valve for a predetermined time, and releasing a pressure in the manifold to the outside. SOLUTION: A pressure sensor 2 is connected at one of a manifold 1. Two pressure-releasing solenoid valves 4a, 4b are connected at the other end. Pressure-measuring points P1 -Pn are connected to the manifold 1 via selecting solenoid valves 3. One pressure-releasing solenoid valve 4a is driven for a predetermined time, so that a pressure in the manifold 1 is released to the outside. Then, the selecting solenoid valve 3, e.g. for the pressure-measuring point P1 is driven for a predetermined time and a pressure at the measuring point P1 is sent to the pressure sensor 2 via the manifold 1. The pressure is quickly balanced in the manifold 1 and stably measured. |
