Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable detecting of leaked air in a wide range with higher workability by a method wherein a part or the whole of sintering equipment containing a leaked air part thereof into which air is infiltrated from outside is photographed by an infrared camera to generate a temperature distribution image and the air leaked part is identified from the temperature distribution image. SOLUTION: In the detecting of leaked air from sintering equipment A in which a window box 14 is arranged at a lower part of a pallet 11 in an outgoing path turning being endlessly linked to discharge a combustion gas generated during the sintering of ore or coke, firstly, an infrared camera 21 is placed on a working platform 19b and a photodetecting surface is made to face the external surface of the window box 14 and a window leg 15. Infrared rays 22 radiated from the external surfaces of the window box 14 and the window leg 15 are received to generate a temperature distribution image. The position and direction of the infrared camera 21 are moved sequentially to obtain a temperature distribution image of the entire surface of the sintering equipment A desired to detect the leaked air thereby identifying the location of the leaked air from the temperature distribution image. |
