Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removing device capable of certainly removing liquid drops which stick to edge parts in a width direction of a belt-like material and are unable to be wiped out by a pair of rollers with a very simple structure. SOLUTION: The device 4 for removing the liquid drops sticking to the surface of the belt-like material S by continuously passing the belt-like material S, is provided with a pair of endless running wipers 5, 6 which respectively cross both edge parts in the width direction of the belt-like material S from the inside to the outside and are closely in contact with the surface of the belt-like material. The running wipers 5, 6 are postured so that directions in which the wipers 5, 6 run while being in contact with the surface of the belt-like material S intersect with a passing direction of the belt-like material S and one edge side of the running pass facing to a central side of the belt-like material is biased toward an upstream side in the passing direction thereof. When the belt-like material S passes, the stuck liquid drops are led to the edge part sides in the width direction of the belt-like material by the running wipers 5, 6 being in contact with the surface of the belt-like material and are wiped out. Thus, araining in the width direction of the belt-like material can be attained.
