SOLUTION: This resin compsn. is obtd. by compounding 100 pts.wt. redispersible powder resin, pref. obtd. by spray drying a synthetic resin emulsion prepd. by the emulsion polymn. of a vinyl monomer by using a protective colloid, with 0.1-10 pts.wt. at least one reducing agent selected from among sodium hydrogensulfite, ascorbic acid, thioglycolic acid, oxalic acid, and Mohr's salt.
