Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and economically produce a polyethylene stretch molded object high in strength and the modulus of elasticity by using polyethylene with a high mol.wt. to highly orient the same. SOLUTION: A raw material containing a polyethylene powder having properties such that intrinsic viscosity (i) in a decalin soln. at 135 deg.C is 5-50dl/g, bulk density (ii) is below 0.45g/cm and particle density (iii) is 0.95g/cm or more as a main component is used to obtain a molded object at temp. not substantially melting the polyethylene powder to stretch the same.
