Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easily and accurately setting of the course of a required wire by carrying out a temporary wire path decision process, a selection process for an area to be corrected and a temporary wire path correction process sequentially to rationally replace an output side electrode to be connected to one input side electrode. SOLUTION: When an inspection point electrode T1 and a grid electrode G2 and an inspection point electrode T2 and a grid electrode G1 are made to pair by a series of processes, the electrode G1 and the electrode G2 can be electrically connected, for example, by a wire path linearly extending. In the operation of correcting a temporary wire path, when temporary connection wires F cross on a side of a zone area D formed by a division line L, a zone area is so formed in a different pattern that the intersection thereof is positioned within the area thereby accomplishing the same operation of correcting the temporary wire path.
