Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high quality stator for molded motor, and a manufacturing method thereof, in which the labor and cost of molding work are reduced while preventing leakage of resin. SOLUTION: A rubber bush 2 having a hole for passing lead wires 13 is provided. When the lead wires 13 are passed tightly through the hole of-rubber bush 2 and a stator core 11 is loaded to a molding die 3, the rubber bush 2 is fitted tightly to the hole of molding die 3 for passing the lead wires 13. The stator core 11, stator winding 12 and lead wires 13 are then resin molded integrally.
