Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit with a seat bath tub by integrating the seat bath tub only to bathe a waist part and a washing floor and reducing problems of water leakage, maintenance, etc. SOLUTION: A waterproofing pan 4 is constituted by integrally molding a seat bath tub 42 only to use for bathing of a waist part in a seated state and a washing floor 41. A bath room 2 is formed by setting the waterproofing pan 4 integrally molded with this seat bath tub 42 and the washing floor 41 on a floor material 11, surrounding its circumference with a wall material 12 and assembling a ceiling material, 13 above it. Additionally, a bath unit 1 furnished with hot and cold water mixing faucets 21, 22, a shower apparatus 23 and handrail members 26, 27, 28 is constituted on an inwall surface of the bath room 2. Additionally, a toilet room with a closet is integrally provided next to the seat bath tub 42 and the washing floor 41.
