Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to operate a power system stably when power generation cannot follow the demand by the unexpected increase in demand or when the supply is surplus during midnight. SOLUTION: In a power system, remote-controllable breakers 51-5n are connected to loads 41-4n which are allowed to be cut off for a specified period of time or shorter (thereinafter called 'controllable load'). In a controller, a controllable load condition inputting means 33 which receives an on/off state of the controllable loads through a transmission device 2 and a interruption/ closing signal transmitting means 34 are installed and thereby the total amount of the controllable loads is shown to an operator. In case of emergency such as a peak load when the supplying power of a generator is insufficient, the operator remotely cuts off the controllable loads so that the supply and demand condition can be kept stable.
