Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the wearing and the enlargement of an iron tapping hole with molten iron and slag, to enable the tapping of the molten iron for long time and to reduce number of the tappings of molten iron by controlling the molten iron and slag tapping speed, in a method for tapping the molten iron through a sleeve refractory fitted to the iron tapping hole in a blast furnace. SOLUTION: The sleeve refractory 1 having a hollow part 2 for flowing the molten iron and slag along this axial line, is fitted in the iron tapping hole in the blast furnace. Inert gas is ejected at 0.01-0.9Nm /sec flow rate through an inner cylinder composed of a porous refractory forming gas ejecting holes or the inner holes arranged toward the hollow part 2 of the sleeve refractory 1 and bubble flow is formed into the molten iron and slag flowed in the hollow part 2 to control the molten iron tapping time to the optimum range.
