Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement milk stirring and pressure feed apparatus preventing stirring blades from coming into contact with the inside of a casing and easy to attach and detach the stirring blades. SOLUTION: The rotary shaft 24 passing through a stirring chamber 22 formed from a casing and supported in a rotatable manner and having a polygonal cross section is relatively pierced through the polygonal center hole corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the shaft 24 and stirring blades 25 are supported on the rotary shaft 24 so as to be positioned within the stirring chamber 22 and a pair of collars 26a, 26b are fixed to the rotary shaft 24 so as to be positioned on both sides of the stirring blades 25 and one end parts of the respective collars 26a, 26b are fixed to the side surfaces of the stirring blades 25 in a close contact state.
