Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sense a fire without error even when a plurality of fire points are in existence by providing the plural number of image processing areas for an infrared ray camera visual field in a memory and conducting image processing for each image processing area so as to raise fire sensing for a plurality of fire spots in the same visual field. SOLUTION: When plural fire spots are in existence in one infrared ray camera image, it is considered that the video image SCN of the infrared ray camera is divided into eight. At first a mask is open only to the range of a monitor area MA1 and the similar processing to a conventional processing is conducted. In this case, the largest picture element number is selected to be a representative fire spot a2 whether or not a fire breaks out is discriminated depending on the information of a fire position and a fire temperature or the like. Then the fire is sequentially discriminated up to monitor areas MA2-MA8 and a representative point of each area is used for a fire spot. Whether or not fire discrimination of all the areas is finished is checked and when finished, data in the area discriminated to be a fire are sent as a fire alarm. |
