Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To simply provide a valid light polarization mixer. CONSTITUTION: A light polarization mixer 22 receives an amplitude-modulated wave WP. The mixer 22 includes a polarizer 34 and an electrooptic double refraction phase modulator 26. A voltage of an exciting source 36 controls the modulator 26. The voltage is fluctuated repetitively in a form suitable for applying angular sweep to a Poincare sphere for a polarized light of a wave WE outputted from the modulator 26. The wave is sent through an optical fiber channel including amplifiers. The saturation time of the amplifiers is shorter than the period of the voltage and their differential gain is limited.
