SOUND VOLUME CONTROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the sound volume of the sound outputted from a speaker constant in the desired level for a listener or a viewer or the desired level range with the desired level as a medium value. SOLUTION: When a sound signal is outputted from a sound signal output circuit 11, an electronic volume 12 amplifies the sound signal from the sound signal output circuit 11 by the amplification factor according to a set level and outputs the signal and an output reading circuit 14 reads the output level of the sound signal from the electronic volume 12. An arithmetic circuit 16 compares the output level of the sound signal from the electronic volume 12 that the output reading circuit 14 reads and the set level stored in a storage circuit 15 and outputs the corrected value obtained by the calculation to the electronic volume 12. Because the amplification factor of the electronic volume 12 is changed according to the corrected value and the output level of the sound signal from the electrode volume 12 is held constant, the sound volume of the from a speaker 13 is held constant in the desired level of a listener or a viewer, even if the output level of the sound signal from the sound signal output circuit 11 fluctuates.
