Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate arrangement in the ventilation hole for an existing ventilation fan of the bath room of an existing housing by a method wherein an indoor machine serving as the terminal machine of a gas hot water type heating cooling device is arranged in such a state to be embedded in the ventilation hole of a bath room. SOLUTION: A bath room unit 4 serving as the terminal machine of a gas hot water type heating cooling device is arranged by utilizing the hole for a ventilation fan of an outer wall 8 of the bath room. Distribution from the hot water circulation passage of the outdoor unit of the gas hot water type heating cooling device is effected for heating of the interior of the bath room. Hot water is fed to a radiator 42 of the bath room unit 4 and by heating cold air sucked through a suction port 5 by a blast device 43 for circulation, cold air forms hot air, which is returned through a supply opening 7 to the bath room. In dehumidification drying, high humidity air sucked through a suction port 5 by the blower device 43 for circulation is caused to pass through a vaporizer 41 of a heat-exchanger 40 and cooled to remove damp. Removed damp is discharged as dew condensed water 6 to the outside of the bath room, cooled dehumidified air is reheated by a radiator 42 and returned as dried air through a supply opening to the interior of the bath room.
