Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner in which a fan guard can be fixed to a panel through one-finger touch operation and the number of component parts can be reduced. SOLUTION: This air conditioner is constructed such that a panel 2 is provided with an opening 10 to which a fan 6 is placed and this opening 10 is provided with a fan guard 3, wherein a circumference of the fan guard 3 is provided with a plurality of claws 20. Engaging holes 11 to which the claws 20 are fitted are arranged around the opening 10 of the panel 2. The fan guard 3 is rotated in a circumferential direction after the claws 20 are fitted to the engaging holes 11, thereby the claws 20 and the engaging holes 11 are engaged to each other and fixed.
