Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a comps. for a short second working thruster capable if substantially preventing the transition to detonation even if the amt. of a thrust charge is large and obviating the occurrence of the destruction of the thruster by using a specific oxidizing agent fuel. SOLUTION: This compsn. for the short second working thruster is prepd. by using ammonium peroxide as the oxidizing agent and plastic power as fuel as main components. The adequate copmd. is obtd. by forming the compsn. contg. 60 to 90 pts.wt. ammonium peroxide as the oxidizing agent and 10 to 40 pts.wt. plastic powder as the fuel. The plastic powder having the nature that the powder hardly dissolves in a solvent at the time of palletizing is more preferable. Such plastic power is preferably hydrocarbon resin powder (ring opening polymers, such as cyclopentadiene (CPD) and DCPD).
