Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply effective group supervisory operation control to multiple elevators in consideration of the travel stop state, the balance weight and car load, and waiting time of the elevators. SOLUTION: The present traffic flow is judged (401), whether a car is located at the lobby floor or not is judged in case of the lifting traffic flow (402). If the car is located at a floor other than the lobby floor, the normal allocation process is conducted (403). If the car is located at the lobby floor, whether the departure time interval T elapses or not is judged, a car arrives (404), and the car is started after the departure time interval T elapses (405). Whether a call is downward or not is judged in case of the lowering traffic flow (406), the process is jumped to (403) if the call is not downward, and the car is allocated by the allocation evaluation system added with the waiting coefficient if the call is downward (407). Whether the call is from the lobby floor or not is judged in case of the normal traffic flow (408), the process is jumped to (404) if the call is from the lobby floor, and the process is jumped to (406) if the call is from a floor other than the lobby floor.
