SOLUTION: A shank 1 and flakes 5, 10 of a mooring device are made by a steel plate, also these shank 1 and flakes 5, 10 are connected through hinges 6, 11. The mooring device made foldable/unfoldable is constituted by giving traction tension with a rope 4 connected to one end 1a of this shank 1, making the flakes 5, 10 bite in under the sea bottom surface, extending the flakes 5, 10 and increasing a pressure receiving area of sediment or the like so as to enhance a mooring effect.
