SKIN PROTECTION SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin protective means capable of holding for long hours an effect for protecting skin from drying. SOLUTION: The device consists of a sheet 1 made of the dried epidermis (thin skin) of potatoes, and an adhesive 2, 3 sticking to the human skin. The epidermis of potatoes is close to the human skin in delicate characteristics such as permeability, softness and smoothness, and free from a sense of incongruity even if applied over a long period of several days. In addition, the potato skin sheet 1 is provided with a proper moisture keeping capacity, and if placed on the face during sleep, a moisture evaporating from that skin is controlled, preventing the skin from drying up, so that the skin is adequately moistened with lipid and moisture, becoming supple and resistible against wrinkles. This skin protection sheet is used by merely applying it to the skin, and used more easily compared with facial packs, without any restriction to the body movement after the application.
