Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp device with simple structure and low price by using a base-less lamp as a light source and supporting the lamp with a holder also serving as a base without using an adhesive and electrically connecting them at the same time. SOLUTION: A lighting system L1 has a housing 1 having an opening part 13, a reflecting mirror 4, and a base-less lamp holder 5 comprising a base-less lamp 6 and an electrically insulating material. A sealing part of the base-less lamp 6 is fixed to a fixing hole formed in the holder 5, and projected within the reflecting mirror 4. The reflecting mirror 4 and the holder 5 are fixed by fitting a holder locking hole formed in the holder 5 to a pair of projections formed in the base part of the reflecting mirror 4. A battery 9 connected to power supply terminal members 71a, 72a electrically connected to a lead wire of the lamp 6 is arranged on the rear side of the holder 5 through a switch 9.
